Amazing place! The SPA was fantastic, wonderful massage, the Service overall super friendly! The restaurant very nice (a bit too slow though)! The location is beautiful! We will definitely go back and look forward :)

We stayed at the resort over Christmas 2024. It is a beautiful resort with an excellent location, surrounded by a lake and hills. It offers lots of room options and amenities for adults and children. All staff were very attentive and kind. Gave a good impression to our children also. They also offered to keep an eye on our eldest, whilst I took our youngest to the loo. Wonderful food options from Swiss Breakfast options to vibrant Thai food with beautiful ambiance. My wife had a massage and treatment and she couldn't have been more complimentary of the masseuse. They allowed us time to pack and leave without feeling rushed or pressured. Reception staff were attentive and helpful. They even called another town to help secure timing of one of the events and confirm for us via email. All in all, this should be a 5 star establishment. Will definitely be back in the future. We made a two night stop here to relax and chill on our way to Italy by car. Let me start with all the things we loved about the property: Spa Facilities are great. Whirlpool is worth the extra spend (20 CHF per person for your entire stay) Massages are very good. Food was amazing (both Thai Restaurant and Beach Bar) - quality and quantity and value for Money Breakfast was also very good And the views are spectacular, it felt like we are inside a beautiful painting all the time. Where there is room for improvement (and some disappointment from our side) There is no AC in the hotel, which is advertised as air conditioned. This was problematic considering how hot it was and we were unable to sleep properly. Something you want to do when at a relaxing spa holiday. Another thing that made it difficult to sleep is the bedside controls having a light that stays on all night. We had to cover the controls with a towel to be able to get some sleep. Also if you accidentally brush against this very touch sensitive panel, it will turn the lights on and wake everyone up. The view from our room was to a solid wall. Not great when you're literally surrounded by beauty anywhere you look. Make sure you ask about the view from your room. There are no English labels on the breakfast food items.
