Our family had a great time at Seetal this past week. We especially want to thank the host, I think her name is Gabriele Lechner, the owner of the hotel who was remarkably hospitable and warm towards our family the entire week. This hotel has a multitude of great features to keep busy children entertained, and parents are encouraged to take time also for themselves to avail of the various sauna and spa facilities. We enjoyed excellent food choices daily, and our authentic austrian cabin 'Seetal Huttl' was spacious and clean. Finally the location of this hotel is just fantastic! There are so many amenities within a 10 minute drive. From various water parks to adventure and play parks, lakes, waterfalls and some of the most breathtaking scenery we have ever seen. There is so much to do at this location, it is actually a challenge to fit it all in. Thank you Hotel Seetal for a really super holiday and for your wonderful hospitality. The Leddy Family Ireland.
The hotel is perfect and everything is planned at the detail. Really impressive. The room was ok but outdated. Andgie at the reception was super helpful, and the same for Dani and Lena from the kids club. The rest of the staff is not very friendly (besides of the young men at the bar and in the other blue eye guy at the restaurant). We enjoyed a lot and we will think it as an option to come back!
Unfortunately similar to one of the previous reviews, we were unhappy with the treatment of one of the young ladies at the reception. She was totally rude and was trying to educate us when we were kindly asking our son to participate an acitivity that he was not registered the day before. Since we are not in a government facility but on vacation with small children, obviously we expect some flexibility. Especially since the activity did not require extra resources or staff. Most of the time kids area was empty anyway. The hotel was overall nice. The indoor pool gets too packed when the hotel was full so we could not use it on the peak day/hour. The young waiter at the restaurant was super friendly and professional. There was not enough fruits at any time during the meals. During dinner there were no fruits at all. Especially for a family hotel, this is important to have.
