SEETELHOTEL Ahlbecker Hof das elegante Traditionshotel & ruhiger Rückzugsort an der Ostsee

We were once again guests at the Ahlbecker Hof together with our family and friends. We thoroughly enjoyed the winegrowers' duel and the Grand Schlemm weekend as well as a few extra days. It's like “coming home” - as always, we received a very warm welcome from the staff. Both the valet service and reception were very attentive and respectful throughout our stay. Only the service in the restaurant, especially at dinner, could top that. We enjoyed the excellent service every evening this time as well as the varied and exceptionally high-quality cuisine - it is simply not worth eating out anymore. We were and are spoiled too much every time. The wine cellar and Mr. Tornow's wine advice are second to none, but the extremely attentive and professional service of the young service staff also suggests good guidance and training. In particular, the fact that the staff throughout the hotel try to address guests by name shows the high quality of the hotel. As always, the rooms were extremely comfortable, very clean and the cleaning and room service impeccable. We visited the spa area almost every day; enjoying the soft towels and sauna selection. Also worth noting - the only hotel with matching bathrobes; not too big and not too small - both for my wife and myself. All in all, another very successful stay - we will be back as soon as possible and are already looking forward to the next Grand Schlemm or one of the gourmet canteens. We would love to come “home” again.

Everything was perfect, the room, the personnel , very good breakfast, nice spa, and best location in Usedom. The hotel manager surprised my on with a birthday present from the hotel, which we found a very nice gesture. I gave 9 points instead of 10 because of the internet (Wi-Fi) was very slow.

The best hotel in town, centrally located on the 12 km long seafront promenade. Outstanding facade. Don't expect the top level of an Adlon (Berlin), but it has an elegant and nostalgic atmosphere. Friendly staff. Gorgeous outdoor terrace for breakfast, lunch (then only at the Brasserie) and dinner. The beach and marvelous pier are just a stone's throw away.
