Excellent breakfast buffet (lunch & dinner a la carte), clean & comfortable rooms, very friendly Service & eager to meet any special requests. Pool use was limited/ sauna unavailable due to COVID, everything was clean & safe. some renovations were going on (March 2022) but disturbance was minimal. Would stay here again.

Perfect on all fronts. Friendly, english-speaking personnel, clean, very close to the beach (basically at the beach), beautiful location, close to bike rental, walking-distance shops.

Nice hotel, with friendly and extremely helpful staff. We enjoyed staying in one of the neighboring apartments, the Seeschloss, which is part of the hotel complex. Each room has a tiny kitchenette, although we had to ask the desk for housekeeping to provide a kettle and pot to actually make use of it. The rooms have free unsecured WiFi, which is not mentioned in the room information yet as it is newly installed: because it is unsecured, I recommend using a VPN service to protect login credentials and other sensitive data. The hot water heater for our area failed one evening, which made us call the main desk (no fun for small kids playing at the beach all day to have a cold shower), and it was promptly fixed by morning. Breakfast buffet featuring local cuisine at the hotel restaurant is provided, and other meals are on your own. The buffet caters to local tastes, so foreigners may find it strange and some items off putting. The Quarkkuchen are highly recommended if they are served.
