Enjoyed the Cafe area very much, fast service, not cheap but the pricing is the usual according to the area. The view is amazing. Would visit again.
The view is amazing but they don’t offer food service to non hotel guests… I came in ready to pay but learned that I’m not welcomed. What a strange place
View is absolutely beautiful with no doubt. Room itself is good and clean and big enough. Yet, the staffs are a little bit mechanically behaving well. We expect you all to be more passionate and helpful. Minibar is not free at all is a defect. The afternoon tea time was too short is another one. The spa opening time is way too short. The shuttle bus to the ski resort is one time only is such a huge pity, or maybe it's because whoever comes here usually drives a car. Speaking of which, here is too local to welcome foreigners if you can't even speak ENG well. Lack of ENG signs, introducing cards, and even menus. This can be easily done actually! In the end, combing all these unhappiness and inconveniences, the price is way too expensive! Not to mention the massage which costs €95.
