The best views on the lake! Pricey but worth every penny. We got the lake view balcony and it was wonderful. The ferry is right there and a bus stop a few steps away. I love that our guest card covered FREE local bus and train fare with reduced rates to other excursions, attractions, and more. The breakfast is excellent and the service is top notch. The rooms are a bit dated but not a problem. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom quite spacious. There is an elevator which is always a bonus! We will definitely be back ❤️
I couldn't be happier with our experience at this hotel. The view of Lake Brienz from our room was magical. The staff were all so so kind and accommodating. Dario in particular was a true gem at this hotel. So polite, kind, and excellent service. We definitely plan to come back here again!
This hotel has the best location by the lake, offering stunning views and easy access to public transportation. The hotel staff are exceptionally friendly and provide outstanding customer service. I highly recommend it.
