For its price point, this hotel gives the best value for money. I like the open-space design of the building—so apt for its name. The room is stylish, clean, and complete. They’ve got slippers, hygiene kits, a small fridge, and extra tables. The shower is nice, and the temperature control works really well. There’s also easy access to free drinking water in the hallways. And lastly, the staff was very accommodating and nice.
• Hotel The hotel was decent. Staying here makes you forget you’re in the middle of the city, as it gives off relaxing nature and resort-like vibes. However, it felt more like a resort than a typical hotel. • Service The customer service my family and I experienced was okay. The staff were somewhat accommodating and helped with our basic needs. That said, better crowd control would be appreciated, as the place gets crowded quickly. Security could also be stricter. For instance, quiet hours are supposed to start at 8 or 9 PM, but our neighboring rooms remained noisy even past midnight. Kids were also running around the hallways late at night, which was quite disruptive. • Rooms The rooms were alright. Our air conditioner was leaking, though it still functioned and kept the room cool. The beds were comfortable enough, and the bathroom was usable and clean. • Location The location is neither great nor terrible. It’s a nice escape if you’re looking for a break from city life, with its peaceful, resort-like ambiance. However, getting there isn’t ideal—you have to pass through a narrow road or alley before reaching the hotel. • Parking Parking is limited and poorly managed. There’s no clear system, and vehicles are allowed to park anywhere without proper supervision.
Our stay was pleasant. This is my second time staying at this place. We booked the Loft and I’d say it was okay. Room was spacious and clean. It offers just what you need: a good bed for sleeping, cold room, and towels since they have pool. Overall, it was good, however: - sofa bed was a little rundown. We were literally sitting on the springs. - toos basic amenities. For a room for four-six pax, it only has a table for two. No extra chairs. Wash gel available in the toilet, but not in the shower. - anything you requests in additional will incur extra fees. (Spoon, fork, glass, plates)
