Selcuklu Evi Cave Hotel Special Class

My wife and I have just spent one of the best vacation time we have ever had at the Selcuklu Evi Cave Hotel in ÜRGÜP CAPPADOCIA. The hotel is conveniently located up the hill, just 5 minutes walking distance from the city’s center..Our room was clean and well illuminated by large windows and there was a nice and lush inner garden where we will sit for our FREE breakfast. The owner, Mr. Halil Elalan, his wife Brigitte, their son Selim, and all the personnel were highly professional and friendly. This gem is run my a nice French/Turish couple, although the stay was short only 2 days but they made us felt right at home, best meal we’ve had!! Last night we even had Turkish bbq! The rooms are cozy, equipped with jacuzzi tub, ac/heater, and other essential amenities while also preserving the hundreds of years old historical architecture. Every corner you turn is like brining you back in time with a modern twist. Around there’s also plenty to see with creative local art stores and restaurants. Also very handsome guys to help bring luggages to your rooms as the stone ground and very difficult to roll the wheels. Lovely staff and owners, delicious food, ancient historical architectures and bursting up scenery!! Highly recommend!!

This wonderful gem boasts a charm and a sense of calm that one would have difficulty finding in larger hotels in any larger city, The rooms are prepared with care to preserve the antique quality of the structure while also having every modern amenity needed. The food served is outstanding, and the location has an elegance and peace that has to be experienced first hand. Highly recommended.
