Would not recommend this place if you want a "beach experience". The adults room location is about 600meters from the beach, so get ready to walk. Then, the "beach" is full of rocks and algae. The service at the bars and restaurants is bad in general too. At the restaurants they will make you wait for hrs to get your food, and the reservations are hard to obtain too. The service would be more appreciated by foreigners, but they would give horrendous service for Mexicans. The room service and the lobby's welcoming is great tho. Sandos Hotel in general has a bunch of things to do in a daily basis, so you'll get entertained for sure. I wont never come back and would not recommend the place just because of the bad all-inclusive service. The constant bad service made my stay unpleasant.

Never in my life have I experienced such a poorly run facility. Calling it a resort is way overselling this place. They might just take this review and try to out bit me. But wow. Experience is TERRIBLE from what management provides. Towel service ends at 5pm, but they’ll start closing at 4:30pm. No one seems to really care about the experience of clients and their I’ll only take care of their own jobs. Focus is definitely on customer oriented. All the people in the lobby is just trying to sell you timeshares. And once you say you’re not interested, they literally won’t even care to look you in the eye again or bother to say hi. At least pretend! Insanely terrible experience. Do not come here.
