When checking earlier reviews of the hotel, I was a bit horrified about travel agency selection, but reality was much better than reviews. Outside check-in was not used, there was very kind and professional service at reception desk, hotel rooms are renovated, nice, clean and tidy. I had room with the courtyard view, it was quiet (as much as city centre allows), room insulation was fine, breakfast was on basic level, but I could find whatever I wanted for breakfast (eggs, veggies, cheese, tea, coffee) - simple, but fresh and nicely served. Nice staff inside. Convenient location for travelling to Messe area. What can I say - good hotel for a city stay.

Good location. Close to Hauptbahnhof (main train station) and fairly close to the centre. Suits well for visiting Frankfurt Messe (frankfurt fair grounds). Room was spacious, the interia was a bit worn out, but nothing that would interfare with sleeping. The breakfast was great as well: expect some warm food, pancakes, brötchen and ofc ham and cheese to go with it. All in all, great for on budget visitors of Frankfurt who needs central location.

We got this hotel during our 16 hour layover so we came in late. Reception works only until 2:30pm and if you’re going to have a lack of people working pls fix your kiosk. The kiosk could not find our reservation even though the guy working remotely via the call button was able to find our reservation but could do nothing to help us. We waited outside exhausted for over a half hour like he said and the kiosk still couldn’t find our reservation. A different person who was staying there told us the same thing was happening to him but a woman was able to help him with his reservation when we told the guy working via the call button he said that’s not possible. Eventually he let us in the building so we can access the WiFi and check in through the email. Which we did but the digital access key provided did not give us access to our room. When we told the employee this he had no idea what we were talking about. So just for him I took a screen shot and will be showing it in my review. Somehow with our the digital key we were able to get into the room but thankfully we tested it out a few times and it didn’t work again. So we had to secretly keep the room open with the door handle sign so we could get back into our room after getting something to eat. The digital key also wouldn’t open the front door. Kept holding it down like the directions said but nothing happened. And yes we tried it next to the sensor. After our late night dinner we tried the kiosk again and after a few hours it was able to find our reservation and we got the key cards, which they charge extra for. That would have been fine if they worked! We got 2 key cards and both wouldn’t open the front door! But it opened the room. I took videos of both but can only post the screen shot of it. Also there was a giant pee stain and what looks like someone’s pube in the bed and a peeled orange in the garbage can so the room wasn’t properly cleaned before new guests but other than that the room was nice. The shower was amazing and the breakfast buffet was the highlight of the hotel. Location was great for a younger crowd but not if your traveling with children.
