Absolutely Amazing Stay! From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The rooms were beautiful and thoughtfully designed, with incredible views that made every morning feel like a dream. The location is perfect, close to all the action, yet peaceful enough to truly relax. The spa and pool area were pure bliss, and the level of detail throughout the hotel made it feel luxurious and serene. What truly stood out, though, was the customer service, every staff member went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and pampered. If you’re looking for a place to unwind, feel taken care of, and still be close to everything, this is it. I would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and unforgettable getaway!
I had the most wonderful stay at Selvario 36! From the moment I arrived, I was blown away by the attention to detail, the tranquil ambiance, and the exceptional service. The hotel itself is stunning — modern, clean, and nestled in such a perfect location. But what truly made my experience unforgettable were Juan and Felipe. These two went above and beyond to ensure every part of my stay was seamless. Whether it was offering local recommendations, assisting with special requests, or simply greeting me with genuine warmth each day, their hospitality was truly unmatched. It’s rare to come across service that feels both professional and deeply personal — and Juan and Felipe delivered that and more. Selvario 36 is a gem, and I can’t wait to return. This hotel is an amazing deal for the money. We were very satisfied. The rooms are quite small, but very nice, mostly appropriate for 1-2 people without kids - the restaurant and rooftop are great. Breakfast is also great. Staff is awesome. There is a single elevator. Might get noisy a bit if you are on a high-floor near the rooftop on a party night or if the nearby venues play music at night. But that's normal for the location, which is top!
