Most of the staff is friendly, especially the people working by the pools who offer wonderful activities for children and the waiters who go out of their way to help you with the dining experience. But, the food is horrible and there isn't anywhere to go for a walk or anything to do other than sit by the pool all day. The rooms had some issues as friends we were travelling with didn't have hot water for over a day and a half and our room's toilet broke on our last day there.
If you wish to pay for an “one room suite” and stay in a container then this is the right place. The advertisement was definitely misleading. Horrible food and the stuff is rude. I spoke with the hotel manager who was absolutely rude and offensive. I would definitely not come back here even for free. Everywhere I look is a safety hazard. I really wonder how this hotel operates.
I don't know where to bring.... My child's team was participating in a tournament the weekend of 25/26 June. When the team went to their rooms, they found them dirty. The sheet were dirty, dust all over the floor, and no key to lock the door. We went to reception and complained. They said they would take care of it. Once the cleaning staff went to the room, they confronted the 13 year old children and asked who complained and bullied them. They told the children that they shouldnt complain because they weren't paying as much as the American tourist that were also staying there. They had taken the furniture out of the rooms and out 5 people in a room for 2 people. As an American myself, living in Greece, I find this extremely disturbing! They agreed to have all these teams at their hotel with the prices they agreed upon, yet they bullied the children and complained to them about not paying as much as the "AMERICANS". I reach out to my fellow Americans to not come to this hotel. There are far better hotels in the area to stay at and more professional. They do not maintain the standards of a 4 star hotel they claim to be.
