Semaya Beach Resort

We stayed at the Ocean View Villa at Semaya Beach Resort, and it was truly the most beautiful accommodation I’ve ever stayed in. The villa featured a stunning outdoor bathroom with a view of the ocean – it felt like showering in paradise. From the bedroom, you walk straight out to your private pool with an amazing sea view. Absolutely unforgettable! The food at the resort was incredibly delicious. We celebrated my boyfriend’s 30th birthday there, and I arranged a cake through the staff. They created something even more beautiful than I imagined – it was perfect in every way. All the staff members were so kind and welcoming. I especially want to highlight Willa – a warm-hearted, wonderful young man with such great energy. He made our stay feel extra special. We also enjoyed a private dinner on the beach, which was magical. Jessika took care of us during the evening and did an amazing job. Huge compliments to the kitchen team – the dinner menu was crafted with so much care and attention to detail. Thank you, Semaya Beach Resort, for this unforgettable experience!

The room was incredible, pool right on the ocean. It was a smaller, more intimate hotel which had a stunning beachfront. The staff were very accomodating and never hesitated to assist with whatever it was we needed. The location is a little more remote but I think that’s the charm of the hotel. It’s total tranquility. You can hire a scooter to go sight seeing there as well. Or a car if you’re no confident to bike. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a high class getaway !

An absolute paradise! If you’re looking to unwind, connect with nature, and soak in total peace and quiet, this is the place. Nestled in the jungle right by the sea and away from the busy towns, it truly feels like a hidden gem. The views are breathtaking, and the atmosphere is so serene. The staff were incredibly kind and attentive—always there if we needed anything, but never intrusive. They even offer buggy rides to your room, though we actually loved the peaceful walk back and forth each day. You can have delicious food delivered straight to your room or enjoy a beautiful meal at the seaside restaurant—both options were fantastic. Every single day here felt special, and we left feeling totally recharged. We absolutely loved our stay and can’t wait to come back! 🌴✨
