Отель очень хороший. Персонал очень дружелюбный. Но! Моя оценка такая низкая из-за того, что возврат денежных средств уже доиться 21 день. Администраторы врали о том, что бухгалтерия отправила денежные средства. В итоге, бухгалтерия даже не могла разобраться с цифровым номером карты. И даже не сообщили об этом. Хотя деньги обещали вернуть в течение 2х-3х рабочих дней.

For me this is an important indicator. The rooms are very simple. Room cleaning is bad. There was some paper and clouds of dust behind the headboard. The dining room is ordinary without any frills. I really liked that there is a washing machine, you can wash things at any time. The administrator will provide the powder. The parking lot is very small, located behind the hotel next to the trash can). It is not clear for what purpose a piece of linoleum is attached to the road in front of the hotel))) And the most important question: “Why turn on the vacuum cleaner at 8 am? Is this really the best time to clean the hallways?”
