Nice rooms and good breakfast. Some minor QA checks eg no cups in room, fridge not working when first turned on. Had to play around with the switch and then it wasn't very cold at all
Building and rooms are really very nice. Breakfast is very good including possibility to have breakfast outside. Service staff is very friendly, but seems to forget while working in a stressful manner some agreements (Toilettenpapier; correct preparation of hotel card; unsufficient tea and coffee pots and proper cleaning of plates, no nuts available at the bar).
The ac is not working, and the room just feels like a sauna. The receptionist forgot to tell us the ac is broken only until we asked. The shower stand is not working properly if you are tall. The sink is clogged. It looks like a three stars hotel but only worth one star. For the people who are coming here in the future, make sure the ac is functioning when you check in.
