Seminole Casino Hotel Immokalee

We celebrate our wedding anniversary 44 years at Seminole Hotel. The room is very spacious, very clean. Coffee, tee, water and a fridge. We received one ticket for a drink free at the Corner bar. The casino is nice and we celebrate very well this time. Thanks to the people who work and made our life better 👍😊

I came for a Saturday night of gambling with friends to have a good time. Smoking gamblers was out of control but we survived. Cocktail waitress were a few and hard to find for a drink. Good variety of slot machines and card tables. I cant rate the rooms as we did not spend the night. Good casual food options on the casino floor. Easy parking as there was no valet attendant to find. Good live music in the lounge.

Terrible dealer by the name of Alizay. She has no personality and rude. She sees customers approaching to place bets and she quickly pulls the cards out before they can bet. She doesn’t ask if they’d like to bet, or even say last call… she rushes to get the cards out before the customer has a chance even though it is obvious they want to bet. When asking her about it she ignored me completely until I became upset she was ignoring me. At that point she decided she could hear me and called the supervisor. The supervisors don’t seem to care about the cause of the problem and correcting their horrible employees behavior and lack of customer service. They were more concerned about me being upset rather than the problem that got me to that level. Additionally the dealer and supervisors were allowing a player to make racist remarks. Learn some customer service please! Only then will people be willing to drive out to the middle of nowhere to spend their money. I’m an X card player and will choose other locations.
