We had a fantastic and relaxing holiday at the semiramis Village complex. All the staff were friendly and open. The food was amongst the best i have had at an all in resort. The complex was kept clean and tidy by all the staff. Well located for bus use . You are able to travel easily using the local services. No real need for the surplus of hire places available.

Nice hotel for the shirt period of rest. Rooms we had to stay were old with uncomfortable mattresses! The food in the restaurant hasn't a big choice. A lot of plastic glasses were in use on territory! Our room had a nice sea view!

Not a 4 star hotel This place left much to be desired, don’t get me wrong this place offers Greek sunsets, ok food and an authentic ambience and a slower more relaxed pace of holiday in comparison to somewhere like Malia. My main issue with this hotel is the lack of honesty when booking. I booked a all inclusive holiday only to find out when I arrived that drinks such as the cocktails are not included in the price, also you don’t have access to the use of a gym unless you pay extra. I also found that there was a cost for eating ice cream from the bar which I feel should be included in the price. The general staff at the front desk were friendly, but most of the clientele of the hotel are from other areas in Europe and I could tell there was a sense that English people are disliked. I found the dining experience leaving me with much to be desired and at times I felt the process was rushed and many of the patrons are rude. My partner had some tongs snatched off her by a chef and was told she was slow and that people were waiting for her when there was no one around. The hotel itself is also up a very steep hill so if you are elderly or older and appreciate your knees you’re going to struggle with this place. The local transport is pretty terrible as well as buses don’t come on time and many of the local bus drivers seemed dismissive and rude to help when finding locations of things. Gave it 3 stars as for a budget holiday it’s ok but will spend out on a better place next time
