Senator Cala Millor Hotel

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The room was very nice and clean, and the whole place was quite peaceful. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, which made the stay even better. I especially loved the rooftop pool – it was beautiful, and the view from the top floor was amazing. I would definitely come back!

Hotel Senator in Cala Millor basically robbed me of almost 1000 euro after they made me pay twice for the same stay. Almost 3 months ago i paid in for a 9 nights stay for me and my family. (1400+ euro) The entire process looked a bit fishy from the beginning as the card payment page they've sent me was not working. In the end i had to make a bank transfer. When we were at the airport, there was an issue with my wifes ID card and we weren't allowed to fly. We rescheduled for the next flight which was in two days. We messaged the hotel as we were at the airport that we will be 2 days late. After 2 days, as we were waiting for the plane boarding process, i was notified by the hotel that they've canceled my reservation and took all of my money. We tried again to contact them but without answer. To be sure there will be a room available for us when we arrive, i've made another reservation and was looking forward to sort it out at the hotel. When we arrived at the hotel, the receptionist said that he can only allow us to stay if we pay the second reservation as well and then we sort it out with the manager. Since it was late, he said we will get in touch with the manager the next day. Since we were with our little daughter and we were tired, we just went like that and we paid AGAIN another 971 euro. However, the next day the manager passed a message that's nothing to sort out and refused to see or talk to us ever since. The conclusion is: stay out of this hotel Senator or their related hotels, do not pay them a dime cause you are not seing it back.
