A 3 star hotel at best. The rooms are okay, we had to be moved out of the first room as it smelt really bad. The second room had black hairs in the bathroom and in the bidet, a lamp was not working and we had no sanitary bags. The staff are nice and helpful and the hotel is next to a bus stop which makes getting around easy. Additionally, there are a few supermarkets close by including an Aldi which is great.

Hotel Review I regret to say that my experience at this hotel was extremely disappointing. The attitude of the staff was unacceptable — they were unhelpful, unprofessional, and showed a clear lack of respect towards guests. Whenever I tried to ask a question, I either received no answer at all or was given inaccurate and misleading information. The room itself was outdated and poorly equipped, lacking even basic amenities that one would expect at this price point. Speaking of which, the overall cost of the stay was highly unreasonable. The hotel charges extra fees for nearly everything, making it feel like the guests are being taken advantage of. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable, respectful, or fair stay.

I am writing to express my deep disappointment with my recent stay at your hotel. After checking in for a 2-night stay, I quickly noticed that the room felt more like a sauna than a comfortable space to relax. The air conditioning was set to 25°C (77°F), making the room hot, stuffy, and extremely uncomfortable. Yesterday, we took the time to kindly speak with the front desk and specifically requested that the room be kept at a more pleasant temperature — between 72°F and 74°F (22°C–23°C) — so we could enjoy our stay. We were assured this would be addressed. However, after being out of the hotel the entire day, we returned to find the air conditioning completely turned off. The room was once again unbearably hot, and now we are forced to wait at least 2 hours for the room to cool down enough to be able to sleep. This experience has made me feel mistreated and ignored as a guest. Temperature comfort is a basic expectation in any hotel stay, and I am extremely disappointed that this issue has not been taken seriously despite our clear communication. I expect a formal apology and appropriate compensation for this inconvenience.
