I stayed in this hotel few times. Service is very good, the best of all I visited. Comfortable apartments with as for me pretty views. I recommend for everybody who wanna stay at the city center.

I like this place. The room was small but cozy and it was well kept. I like the fact that the tub was at least a foot deeper than most tubs in the US, so you could relax and take a proper bath submerged. The bathroom came with radiant heating/ warmed floors that was adjustable by thermostat. Once the thermostat was set, it was hard for me to not lay on the floor like a lizard on a hot rock. The only other places that had radiant heating was when I was in Colorado. That sealed the deal for me as it was a wonderful addition. There was also a heated drying rack which was useful, given the weather outside was rainy and it let you dry your clothes quickly. Very nice. The hotel staff were kind and they even went out of their way to wish me happy birthday, which was a nice touch. All in all, this is a nice establishment and I would come here again and I definitely recommend it.

The hotel room is okay, When choosing a room, be careful to avoid rooms facing the street because it is really noisy. Also be aware that the bathrooms in some suites are very smelly and smell like sewers. Here comes the point. The reception staff at the front desk are very unprofessional, especially the fat lady. Her quality is very poor and unpleasant. She has no respect for customers at all. The waiter cleans the room every three or four days and never takes the initiative to bring water.
