SenB Hotel

I am a returning customer. Old style hotel that is good value for money. Really good breakfast buffet and exceptional barista.

Excellent staff and location. Very close to the station, as well as the beach. As noted by other travelers, the interiors are a bit dated, but the price reflects this fact. My room had all the requirements: WiFi, SkyTV, soft bed, mini fridge and a balcony with a view of the beach! The water pressure in the shower is also excellent.

Spent one day in this 4* Hotel and honestly can't wrap my head around the stars it got nor most of the high valued reviews. I'll start by saying the parking is public, paid, located near the station so in a busy area, good luck if you have an expensive car. With that being said, at least it's cheap (2.5€ for one day if you ask at the reception, they'll give you a card to use). From the outside it looks old, inside it's even worse, literally everything is stuck in the 80's. We got the room with all meals and beach loungers included and a beach view from the room for around 180€. The beach view is a joke apparently, as only a small bit surrounded by houses was visible from our room. Now the food part. Lunch was meh, dinner was ever worse, and we also had the poorest breakfast ever, with literally one type of salami, one type of cheese and one type of ham and some buns to choose from (more choice from the sweets, but still lacking in comparison to what you usually can find in other hotels). Also the breakfast room is small. The only reason I'm giving a 2 is because staff is excellent at least.
