I had a great stay at Holiday Inn Bern - Westside. The service was excellent, and the staff were all helpful and professional. A special thanks to Serena at the front desk. She was warm, kind, and made the check-in feel genuinely welcoming. Little gestures like that make a big difference during travel. I’d gladly return and recommend this hotel to others visiting Bern.

Holiday Inn Westside Bern, Switzerland is clean, modern, and well-located. It’s directly connected to Westside Mall, so you get restaurants, shops, and even a cinema without stepping outside. Tram, bus, and train stops are just across the plaza—ideal if you’re heading into the city or exploring the region. The hotel is surprisingly quiet despite the transit access. Staff were genuinely warm and went out of their way to help with everything from local tips to luggage. The breakfast buffet had a wide selection. Rooms are well-designed with firm beds, great water pressure, and excellent air conditioning. If you’re looking for convenience, comfort, and service in Bern, this is an easy choice.

Great stay with excellent service. Despite being busy, the staff managed everything efficiently and professionally. Thanks to its excellent location, the hotel attracts many tourists, but we arrived early and left late, so we avoided the rush and had a smooth experience. There’s a convenient parking area, and the breakfast was standard but fresh, with a typical healthy German touch. The hotel is directly across from a tram station and next to a fairly large shopping mall, making it easy to get around and find everything you need. Rooms were the usual Holiday Inn style — comfortable, with a good temperature and a nice view. Overall, a very pleasant and convenient stay.
