Sense Hotel Taiping

Fairly a very decent hotel. Clean and comfortable. Staff are friendly and helpful. Rooms are really small. If you are claustrophobic , you will hate it. Stay comes with free breakfast and Starbucks voucher. That’s a good deal. Location is strategic . Not far from attractions . Coffee museum is just opposite the hotel. Free parking on site. 👌👍🏼

-The location is near the eatery and walking distance to the two malls. -The room lighting is bright. -The shower water pressure is good. -Basic room, clean. -Staff is friendly. BUT - Room view is opposite an apartment. Can clearly see the neighbors living room. -Toilet has a smell coming out when the next door tenant flushed the toilet. -Noise, from banging doors. When staff doing room service. When people walk at corridor -Breakfast is limited, not many choices. -No indoor slippers provided

You’re paying for yes, a “noise concert” as stated by another reviewer. The room service people will start making all the noises they can when they start their job, even letting doors slam multiple times. Oh and the fan is noisy af too. You have to collect your breakfast coupon only evening/night, every day. If you wanna collect the morning of the day, you cannot. So I’m paying to make my life more difficult basically. The room also doesn’t have a wardrobe btw. So you can’t have long stays here (Sucks for me). Toilet bidet is broken and the bathroom walls had hairs sticking when I checked in. I wear white socks all the time and it’ll quickly turn brown when I walk around in the room. Meaning, they don’t clean the place properly. Never staying here again. Thought this place would be the best cause it was the most expensive among the rest on booking.com but damn, it’s sucks so bad.
