it’s very good hotel and resort, i personally really enjoyed the restaurant thanks to my waiter (said hijazi). overall it was a great experience and i would come back a million times. Thanks.
Worst service ever. They will not allow you to enjoy anything if you have children. They yelled at our kids all day for simply jumping into the pool because they got the ground wet. I’ve never seen staff so miserable and rude to children in my life. Stay far away if you want to enjoy yourself and not waste your money. Many many more resorts that will welcome you and your kids with open arms.
