The staff were exceptionally friendly and professional, always ready to assist with a smile. The hotel’s strategic location made it easy to explore the area, and the facilities were well-maintained and comfortable. The hotel has a great location and the room was comfortable, but unfortunately, the service left a lot to be desired. During our stay, we went for breakfast at 10:00 AM and finished around 10:40 AM. Despite breakfast being available until 11:00 AM, we were told the kitchen had already closed when we asked for coffee at the end of our meal. It felt unwelcoming and inflexible. Additionally, there were no complimentary water bottles in the room. When we used the one in the fridge, we were charged extra. For the price of the room 343 Euro per night, we expected a higher level of service and attention to detail. Overall, while the location and room were good, the disappointing service makes it unlikely that I would return.

Beautiful view, but cleanliness needs serious improvement. The room didn’t feel well-cleaned, which was disappointing given the amazing location.
