Had a really great stay at Sensory. I had to find an urgent place to stay for the night, the hotel staff arranged everything for me, and I could check in right away. Great interior design, thoughtful greenery, abundance of toiletries and facilities provided, super clean toilet 👍👍👍, the room service food was also great, price was good, breakfast also nice, the checkout was also fast. Compared to other hotels around this price, I'd give it 9.5/10. 0.5 because I didn't get to stay long enough.

Amazing service from the staff at Sensory Park Urban Hotel. Best customer service I have experienced after staying in multiple different hotels. They are always friendly and welcoming. Rooms were clean and the cleaning staff accommodating when it came to cleaning my room. The pool, steam sauna and regular sauna are all great and good additions. The rooms are spacious and modern with good TV and good free wifi. The breakfast is good and has additional options if you don't like what is included in the warmers. The highlight for me is definitely the very friendly and welcoming staff. I felt like I was treated very well and looked after. Will be staying again. The location is also good with being close to most of the city and on a quiet street.
