Sentido Akassia beach

We spent a pleasant holiday in this resort. I was surprised that it is a relatively smaller resort, but it was all the more nice and pleasant. All the accommodations are set in a beautiful garden. I really appreciate the wonderful staff who were incredibly nice, helpful, hardworking and always 100% ready to fulfill all requests. I was very pleasantly surprised by the adult pool, so even guests who didn't come with children have a quiet area by the pool to relax. I also rate the catering as prefect. Sweet and savoury breakfasts, meat and meatless courses for lunch and dinner. We really enjoyed our holiday and took a break from the everyday.

We had a wonderful stay at the Sentido Akassia Beach Resort. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel incredibly welcome—always eager to help, striking up friendly conversations, and adding a personal touch to our experience. One of the highlights of our stay was the sea view bar, where we enjoyed delicious cocktails while soaking in breathtaking views of the Red Sea—definitely a must-visit! Also a special mention to Tamer, who went above and beyond to accommodate every request, making our stay even more enjoyable. The food selection was extensive, with plenty of variety and great flavors. We especially appreciated the two à la carte restaurants, with the Egyptian specialty restaurant standing out. The hotel offers several pools, providing a peaceful escape. The private beach and snorkeling area were also great additions, making it easy to enjoy the beautiful surroundings. Our room was spacious, very clean, and featured a private terrace, adding to the overall comfort of our stay. Overall, a great hotel with excellent amenities, good service, and a relaxing atmosphere. We’d definitely recommend it to others looking for a comfortable and relaxing sunny vacation.

I would give it 4 or may be 5 if a rude and unprofessional person called Mr Hamed didn’t ruin my holiday. Stay in April 2025 I came to spend the vacation with my Family. It was nice vacation and acceptable services . But someone called Hamed who calls himself a manager( I don’t really think so) he is really deficient of the professionalism. He spoke with us with aloud voice and very rude way. I was planning to come again to the same hotel every time I visit Egypt, But unfortunately he ruined my holiday. I can explain why this happened as we checked out at 12 pm and were waiting at the beach for our bus which was expected around 3:30pm, he came to us by the beach and said you have checked out and you can’t use the hotel facilities, though the tourism company said that we can stay at the hotel till the bus arrives , then he asked to cut the hand bandages. After that we returned to the reception asking for a manager to make a complaint regarding what happened, he reappeared claiming he is the manager and started shouting in the middle of the reception in a barbaric way which made all of us lost our mood and temper, how a guest could be treated like this?! And he kept threatening us to call the police to take us out. I am not sure if he is racist regarding brown people or he already lacks the ability for hospitality . I was on Feb 2024 two months back in Sharm Elsheikh and we stayed till my flight time around 5 O'clock, no one behaved like this and even the entertainment team called us to join a beach color party which was really fun. I don’t recommend this place to anyone who doesn’t support racism. But this is a different type of racism from brown to brown which i feel really disgusting.
