Sentido Bellevue Beach

The location of the hotel is perfect. It is only separated from the beach by a pedestrian street, which makes it an ideal place for those looking for a beach holiday. It is not in the noisy and crowded center, however, there are plenty of entertainment options, shops, restaurants in the close area, making it an ideal location in Sunny Beach. The hotel has a large swimming pool and there are sunbeds on the beach which belong to the hotel (brown ones). The rooms were modern, nicely renovated. They were always clean, towels were changed daily and bed linen at least twice a week. The cleaning ladies are very nice. There were 1-2 days when there were problems with the hot water supply, so the shower wasn’t hot, but it was comfortably warm. However, it wasn’t cold at all as some people described it in their reviews. The hotel staff members are always helpful, friendly, and most of them speak English and German quite well. Special thanks to Nina Dobreva, who is a very friendly and helpful manager. She does a professional job. Her humane, friendly approach has meant a lot to us now and in recent years. The bartenders at the pool bar do a professional job too. I would especially like to highlight Angel and Ivo, who were always helpful and served drinks to the hotel guests with a smile. The restaurant is also great. There is a huge variety of tasty meals, fruits, salads and cakes as well. I was surprised to read some reviews that said the food was tasteless. None of us experienced this. Moreover, what I would like to note is that I am particularly pleased that their meals are not oversalted like in some beach restaurants in the city. So you can salt them to your own taste. I was also glad that there were several Bulgarian dishes on offer, so we could also get to know the local specialties and sea food. The restaurant staff was always helpful, polite and hard-working with a smile on their faces all the time. I would especially like to highlight Christian and Ekaterina who speak very good English. They were very helpful, friendly and kind to us. Mitko at the restaurant bar is also a very nice person, he always served the requested drinks with a smile. The bar offers good quality wines, beers and a plenty of other drinks, too. The six of us in our family have stayed at the Bellevue hotel for the third time in a row and I am sure we will return there many times! I kindly recommend the hotel to anyone looking for a pleasant beach holiday... Steve

Sentido Bellevue Beach is a beautiful hotel conveniently located by the sea. Clean and well-maintained rooms, friendly staff, and varied cuisine. There are swimming pools, entertainment, and good conditions for families or couples to relax. I would like to give a special mention to Ms. Anna, who works at the bar. She is very sociable and friendly, and told me all about the place. I really liked the drinks she did for me, and had a very enjoyable and interesting time at the bar.

In general was ok but so many bad bad things ...... First of all I've been almost everywhere in Bulgaria and when you go there for check in, it says 15.00 PM or 14.00pm , I understand that , but everywhere was the same and in other places we had our bracelets before so we can enjoy our lunch and after 15.00 we got our room keys . I don't understand why they do this just for the reason that the check in is at 15.00. when I paid my holiday it was paid with the afternoon lunch Included..... You lose a lot of customers because of this and I don't know how much money you save doing this . Second thing BREAKFAST THE SAME EVERYDAY, good but the same no changes , the food that it doesn't get consumed in the morning they make pizza with it , with most of it ...third thing in the rooms it was cold water most of the time and their excuse was that all people make shower in the same time and that's why the pressure of hot water doesn't reach to your room , but for a 4 star hotel to rely on people not doing shower in the same time it's unacceptable I will never come back to their hotel . I would recommend Golden Sands ....... 100 times better than Sunny Beach.
