Went mid-end july. Great experience overall. Clean, good food, amazing beach and sea water. Compelling animation team, they do their best to keep everyone entertained with what they've got. The only bad point for me was the heat in the restaurant and buffet.
Returned on Saturday from a week here. I was able to use the facilities before checking into my room as the flight arrives from the UK at 10am. I only had to wait maybe 1 hour to check in which was great and unexpected. Had an issue on my first morning - woke up at 4am expecting to find a bar with at least one person working in order to get some water, but everything was closed. The receptionist did give me his water bottle in the end, and I was told I should have taken water from the bar the day before, but I wasn't told this when I checked in. In most all inclusive there's a way to get water 24/7. Otherwise, really enjoyed the stay. Thanks to Fadi, Anis and Ismael who were friendly and happy, however most of the staff do seem quite moody. The outdoor pool was excellent and just about okay to swim in at this time of year, and the beach was beautiful, the sea water is warm already! Food not vary varied but still tastes very good, ate the same stuff most days and had no "issues" with anything bring undercooked etc. Construction work all day from around 8am so beware of this currently. It did get quite loud at times and I could hear it over my headphones. The little kittens and the cats are beautiful, but the older cats are also quite sneaky so don't take your eyes off your plate if eating lunch outside! I had a great week here on my own, always felt safe enough to leave the back door of my room open when I was sat by the pool so effectively it became a "walk out" room which was an unexpected bonus! What I will say though is the pool staff do nothing about people leaving towels on sun loungers all day. On a day where I was outside from 8am - 5pm, I saw two women put towels on a lounger at 8am, then they didn't actually come out to use them until 2pm - that's just one example of many. Overall 4 stars, would I stay here again? Yes probably, once the construction has finished. And not in the summer holidays because sunbed wars seems like it could be an issue here. But out of season, I'd stay for sure.
We visited the hotel in mid-July. There were too many German tourists who were extremely rude and arrogant. They would get up at 4am and put towels on the sunbed “People were walking around and there was nowhere to find free sunbed. The German children was very arrogant, throw up the balls on the water and the other tourists was very affected, the parents was very aggressive and doing nothing - just laughing and looking.Evening you can’t find free chair to seat and look the program.Again the German tourists are “first”. I am on vacation not on competition to find the place on the pool, to find the table on the terrace or to find the place evening. The stuff speak in German , and don’t ask what language you speak. The stuff tolerate only the German tourists .Exept the German tourists the food was good, the rooms clean, the pool was excellent, the sea was perfect
