I am so happy with my experience of staying here. Great vibes, such beautiful staff. Nice sized single room with a balcony. Clean. Great food. I went half board breakfast and tea and I'm really happy with it. I had a 25 min massage with Maria, it was stunning, €40 well worth it. The hotel is big enough but not too big. Entertainment is from 9.30-10.30pm which is good for me. Lots of little beaches in walking distance. Plenty of shops and The Spa convince stall. Happy happy bunny over here. Thank you to all the staff who have made my stay warm and welcoming.

The perfect hotel, had the best week here. Food lovely, staff lovely and very clean rooms. Location is also perfect near beach and main square and marina only 15 minute walk. Beautiful.

Myself and mum visited for a 4 night break in May after finding a reasonable deal and we wanted to try a new area, it can be a bit nerve wrecking trying a new hotel and area but we are so glad we did, this hotel met our expectations and more!! Location- location of this hotel is absolutely perfect, from a gate near the pool the beach is on the other side of the road. If you come out of the hotel and go straight down the alley you are at the plaza with all the restaurants. You are surrounded by cafes, restaurants, shops, spars. A 10 minute walk to the marina which has a mercadona which is our favourite to pick up snacks and drinks with stray cats and chickens outside so it’s always nice to pick them up some treats too. Rooms- extremely spacious, bed is very comfortable, lovely shower, balcony’s are perfect. Honestly the rooms are perfect the only little gripe I had was the tv was positioned to the far left which looked a little awkward but no one goes on holiday to watch tv! There is also a mini fridge, a kettle with tea, coffee provided and also a bottle of water when you arrive which is ideal. The maids are incredibly hard working and come everyday which is evident as the rooms are spotless. Just something to be careful of is as the glass screen on the shower is open near the end the water comes out so remember to put a towel down otherwise the floor will be soaked. Also another tip as me and my mum learnt the hard way (thinking we were stuck in the room before Annalise on reception came to rescue us) you twist the handle and then give it a second before it opens. Around the hotel- reception is stunning and best of all smells absolutely beautiful, you can’t help but comment on it every time you walk in. The restaurant is downstairs and again is lovely and all the food is well presented, there is also an outdoor seating area which on one occasion for breakfast there was a pianist, which was absolutely beautiful, never had anything like that in a hotel before it was wonderful. There’s a pond by the bar which again is so unique and lovely. The bar is very modern. There’s a modern gym equipped with a sauna, shower and a wonder jacuzzi which was perfect for the time of year we went as the pool was too cold to get in. Sunbeds were comfortable with tables by the side to place your drinks, sunbeams on, again, we loved this! In most hotels we always stick to the beach as sun beds are impossible to get but not in the hotel, even when we went to the pool around 2/3pm finding a bed was incredibly easy. Tips- you can hire huge pool towels for free by the pool, the lady working this is extremely lovely and kind and is more than happy to explain the borrowing terms eg, what time to bring them to be washed again. When half board and you buy drinks etc this is all put onto a tab which is paid at the end of the stay which is great as it saves you getting your card out for every payment. The prices were also great and the drinks/cocktails were lovely! We wanted to write this review in particular as we wanted to give Annalise on reception the praise she deserves, from the moment we checked in she went above and beyond for myself and mum. Was always happy to have a chat, answer any questions (as it was our first time in the area) she really does have a heart of gold and is such an amazing asset to the hotel. I could go on all day but she really is a lovely lady who will do anything for the guest at this hotel! I would absolutely come back to this hotel in a heartbeat as you can’t fault it! * psa for anyone getting a transfer and is worried about that, don’t be! It took us around an hour and a half to reach the hotel which wasn’t bad at all, we spoke to other people who got taxis and they spent €100 so for the sake of an extra 30 minutes you do save yourself quite a lot of money by getting a transfer so i recommend to do so if you’re on a budget as it isn’t much different from getting a taxi.
