This hotel is a simply fantastic — very clean, quiet, and in a stunning location with views of the ocean. The whole setup there is amazing: Several restaurants, a cozy bar, direct access to the sea, and many other options that make the stay even better. What impressed us most was the genuinely warm and professional attitude of every single person we encountered. The staff here go above and beyond — you feel welcome and taken care of from the very first moment. A special highlight for us: the outstanding allergy-friendly service. I have a severe peanut allergy, and the hotel handled it with exceptional care. Before we even arrived, every kitchen team (The two restaurants and Breakfast Team) were fully informed. They offered a great solution tailored to my allergy, and still made sure we enjoyed amazing food without missing out on anything. Their professionalism and caution gave us real peace of mind. Honestly, this was the best hotel experience we’ve ever had. Truly unforgettable and we recommend it to everyone else!

Comfortable and quiet stay, excellent breakfast, and easy access to the beautiful sea. The sea temperature was sweet, the water was clear, and the fish life great! The hotel staff noted our wedding anniversary stay and return visit, with some very thoughtful touches.

4 star hotel but it was a 5 star experience. Loved everything about this hotel! New build with modern and tasteful finishes, you can tell it is built with quality. Rooms are even nicer than the photos. The facilities are fantastic, with access to a few restaurants (also gym access at the hotel part of same group across the road was super handy). Sauna was amazingggg! Pool is lovely, and ofcorse being able to access the ocean from the hotel is a huge plus. Will definitely stay here again and recommend to all my friends travelling to Madeira!
