We are currently spending our vacation at this amazing resort, and I have to say – it’s absolutely wonderful! Everything works perfectly – the service is top-notch, whether it’s in the rooms, the restaurants, on the beach, or anywhere else we encounter the staff. Everyone is incredibly friendly, kind, smiling, and above all, hardworking. The food is delicious, the cleanliness is impeccable, the sea is beautiful, and the entire resort is well-maintained down to the smallest detail. It’s clear that the staff truly care and do their best to make the guests’ stay unforgettable. If someone leaves a negative review, they should remember that the staff are human beings, not robots – they’re doing their absolute best to ensure a great experience. And for that, they deserve great respect! Thank you for a fantastic vacation – we will definitely be coming back! A perfect destination in every way.
Perfect swim-up room with amazing services. Area of hotel is so big but you can use hotel transport. Food is really delicious with sufficient selection. Sea with corals and bad entrance but you can use pier. We were really satisfied here
I’m going to sum up the positives and negatives. Positives of this hotel include clean rooms - this service is very good and we appreciated it. Food is good, maybe some more variety would be good. There are really a lot of pools but not enough sun beds in the lagoon pool. Some pools need more cleaning as you can see the dirt on the bottom. Jacuzzi is a great highlight. There are shops in the resort. We met two employees of the shop with the bags, both were very nice and welcoming. Now the negatives - hygiene - they use reusable plastic cups which are probably poorly washed or not cleaned at all. A lot of guests experienced herpes or other issues around the mouth. The staff - they don’t speak English almost at all. Only some phrases but they don’t understand when you are talking to them (most of them). They even dare to ask you if YOU don’t speak English. The young staff is really friendly and generally okay (except them also ignoring women when male guests are around, that’s just all the same for all of them) The problem is the older staff 30+ (Tamar from the bar near reception being the exception - he was respectful) We were two girls on holiday, which you work for all year and want to enjoy. These men were just disrespectful to women. Bothering us, giving us dirty looks and ALWAYS speaking in Arabic to us or to each other after a few words in English. Then also talking to each other in Arabic, obviously about the guests. When we came to the bar for a drink and a male guest came after us - they served the man first. Unacceptable behavior towards women. If they want to have the hotel just for the Arabic guests then they should advertise it that way and don’t take money from Europeans if they cannot be respectful towards women. I still cannot comprehend how is this possible and we were truly in shock from the behavior of the staff towards us. If you are a woman considering this hotel with a friend or solo - just don’t go. Spend your money somewhere where you will be respected. If you are traveling with your man - go only if you like to be his accessory and not a person of your own.
