Sentinus Beach Hotel

It was a very nice holiday experience. My family and I had a lot of fun. Everything from the reception to the kitchen was as it should be. The staff was smiling. I think all the guests who stayed were satisfied in terms of entertainment. When I read the comments, I was surprised and saddened and when I saw the comments that badmouthed this service, I was surprised and saddened. I recommend it. It is a hotel in the right place for a perfect, calm and relaxing experience.

This hotel truly deserves higher ratings! It caters perfectly to both families with children and younger guests looking for fun and relaxation. The location is fantastic. The food was consistently delicious, the rooms were cleaned daily, and the staff was kind and always willing to help. While English isn't widely spoken, the staff does their best to communicate and assist with a smile. A special shout-out to Halil and Enes from the animation team—they were always cheerful and full of energy, organizing engaging activities that made our stay unforgettable. Thanks to them, this vacation will remain one of our most cherished memories!

DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL – SHOCKING CONDITIONS AND COMPLETE MISREPRESENTATION This hotel is an absolute disgrace and should be shut down. The conditions are filthy beyond belief – rooms, bathrooms, common areas – all dirty and neglected. The cleaning standards are non-existent. Everything in this hotel is broken or falling apart – from doors and air conditioning to toilets and furniture. It is a health hazard. The staff barely speak English and are unhelpful and rude. They do not provide assistance and show zero care for guest wellbeing. The bar is constantly out of stock, and the food is repetitive, bland, and clearly not fresh. It’s the same poor-quality meals every single day. There is nothing suitable for vegans, vegetarians, or anyone with allergies – completely unacceptable in today’s world. This hotel is not safe or suitable for children, people with disabilities, or anyone expecting basic standards of care. The pool area is a major hazard, with soaking wet tiles that have caused multiple people to slip and fall – and the hotel has done nothing about it. To make matters worse, multiple guests have witnessed incidents of child abuse by other holidaymakers. Staff and management have turned a blind eye – this is not only horrifying but deeply disturbing. There is also a high risk of food poisoning, as many guests became ill during their stay. Hygiene in food preparation and storage is clearly not a priority here. This hotel falsely claims to be 4-star – it should be rated 0. Every positive review online is either outdated or fabricated. The reality is appalling. If you are reading this, do yourself and your family a favour – do NOT book this hotel. You will be deeply disappointed and potentially put at risk. I strongly urge travel agencies and booking platforms to reconsider listing this place. It is unsafe, unsanitary, and unethical.
