Great location. The room is spacious and clean. Very comfortable. There are on suite washer and dryers which makes it great for longer stays. The kitchen is not stocked, but it is an option if you prefer to cook. Within walking distance to restaurants, bars and feels safe to walk around at night. They will send email with instructions. Staff on site during day time. The self check in kiosk is a bit hard to use, but it will eventually work. They will email you the password to get into your room. Can be all self-service. Overall good experience.

I stayed here about 6 weeks ago over Valentine’s Day weekend, and I have yet to receive a refund on my $75, supposed to be refunded, placeholder charge that is held per stay. I have texted and emailed multiple times and each staff member seems to increase the amount of time until I will get my refund. First person told me 10 days, then 15, then 20. Well it’s been 6 weeks and I still don’t have it. I have called multiple times and no one picks up. Would really like to know what’s going on.

The apartment was nice, big, and spacious, with a great location for all the food places and nearby offices. The noise level is beyond bad; it's simply unacceptable. There are a few food trucks and bars nearby that play loud rock music that goes till midnight, and you can hear people speaking outside as well. Also, the ceiling is very thin, so you can hear the upstairs neighbors' every footstep. When I complained about the noise, they told me they couldn't do anything about it. If you traveling for work avoid this place if you care about your sleep.
