We had a fantastic stay at Sentral SoBro. Our room was clean and comfortable (we were in room 704, and I will ask for it on future visits). We didn't require any services, but the people at the front desk were friendly and welcomed us. The location was perfect for us since we were there to see a concert at the City Winery. Bonus for us was that there are three breweries with a four-block radius of the building. Broadway was also a very reasonable walk for the room. The key fob system: We had zero difficulty with the retrieval, use, and return of the key fob. We really liked how secure it made the building feel. The parking system: We used the parking app and had no issues getting a space (we got space 260 because it was close to the garage entrance to the lobby). Someone did park in our space on the second day, but we contacted the parking company, had a temporary space assigned to us, and when we returned a couple of hours later our space was open again. Final note: I did think it was strange to have to scan in my driver license to get the room, but it really didn't bother me much since I have to do something similar when cruising or staying in another country. I can only speak for room 704, but on that account, I can highly recommend a stay here.
Fantastic place to stay when exploring Nashville. The apartment was spacious and had everything you’d need - only comment would be to provide some basics like salt and pepper, and more detergent. Otherwise well-equipped. It would be handy to have two fobs or keys as having only one was problematic at times when doing different things during the day.
1) The hotel does false advertisement. The access to the room that I received was through the hotel parking lot. There are no pictures on the website mentioning that to get to your room you need to go through a dirty parking lot if you check in late. 2) The room was not soundproof. All the sounds from the cars passing by could be heard. 3) When I reached the hotel after a very long flight, at 23:00, I couldn't connect to the Internet, while following the hotel guide for connecting the Internet. I requested help from the receptionist, but they didn't know the password to the hotel WiFi. On the second night, I managed to guess the password with some help from the hotel. 4) The worst issue was a continuous buzzing coming from the ventilation. I couldn't sleep at night. I requested help from the hotel to give me at least some earplugs. They said that they didn't have one and they do not offer it to their guests. 5) The view from my room was to another parking lot where every day a homeless guy was sleeping and pissing on the building. I attended a large conference in town, therefore, I couldn't find another hotel. I reported all these issues to the property manager and requested a discount, but they ignored me. The basic feedback that I received was: a) It's normal to hear the continuous buzzing during the night, although, I paid 40% more than the normal price due to the large dement during the conference. b) The rooms were allocated in the order in which you check-in, and although I informed them that I would check in late I received a room in the hotel parking lot. c) They don't provide any help. d) They came and inspected my room, but they never provided feedback or a solution to the continuous buzzing issue.
