5 Stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Boulevard! From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond—so friendly, welcoming, and helpful with everything we needed. We truly didn’t have to lift a finger; all we had to do was relax and enjoy. The rooms were spacious, clean, and very comfortable. But what really stood out was the food—absolutely incredible! Every meal was delicious, beautifully prepared, and honestly some of the best we had during our time in Nairobi. Thank you to the entire team at Hotel Boulevard for making our trip so memorable. We’ll definitely be back!
We had a short stay at the hotel, but we have been checked several times if everything was fine with us. Saul was very friendly and tried to have us the most comfortable. We had a nice conversation and if we needed something in the room, he was our man!
Despite having booked 2 rooms many months in advance, when we came to check in we were told that the hotel was full and we'd have to stay in a neighbouring hotel. They did their best to make this easy for us by providing transport even though it was only a 5 minute walk, and we still had dinner and breakfast here, which were both fine.
