me and my mum stayed here for 5 nights and had the best time! so much to do on the premises you genuinely don't have to leave the hotel unless you want to wander. staff are lovely attentive and polite. shops on site are reasonably priced and welcoming. food isn't 5 star but for the price it shouldn't expect to be! large variety of different bits to suit all. entertainment was okay could have been a bit more lively for younger guests. the boat trip that you can book via your tour guide at the hotel is also really really good and worth the trip! all in all had a great time and already looking to return with more family! thanks so much

During my five-day holiday, first of all I would like to thank the hotel for its cleanliness, the delicious food and all the service staff. Then, even the seaside was given importance and made more meticulous. We could not find anyone to criticize or find anything bad about it. Everyone can come with peace of mind. We booked this hotel through On the Beach expecting to stay at Senza, but signage said Zen, which was confusing from the start. Unfortunately, things only went downhill from there. On arrival, our first room had a mouldy bathroom, a leaking toilet, and a strong sewage smell. Reception refused to move us, even though new guests were clearly being checked in. Only after repeated complaints did they move us, but the second room also had mould and hygiene issues. Housekeeping was practically non-existent throughout our 11-day stay. Our room was never cleaned, towels weren’t replaced, bed sheets were never changed, and toilet paper wasn’t provided – I had to collect it myself from the lobby toilets. Travelling with a young child made this especially difficult, as I was forced to leave used nappies on the balcony due to bins not being emptied. The staff were unhelpful and, in some cases, downright rude. When I asked for clean sheets after waiting two days, the manager shouted at me to “clean the room myself” – incredibly disrespectful and unprofessional. Housekeeping staff were equally dismissive, even making rude gestures about the smell of nappies in our bin. Communication was another major issue, as many staff didn’t understand English and simply said “ok” without taking action. Across our group of 23 family members (spread across several bookings), we all experienced similar problems. To make matters worse, we were often served last at the hotel bars, even when we had been waiting longer – which felt discriminatory. What should have been a special family holiday turned into a stressful experience full of frustration, poor service, and unhygienic conditions. I cannot recommend this hotel and feel it fell far short of even basic standards of cleanliness and hospitality.
