What an amazing experience! Very kind and helpful people amazing spa very tasty food rooms are clean and very welcoming with coffee machine in and tea bags .We are having a great time! It's one of the best palaces I've have ever been! And also is very close to other places like ski resorts big lakes and forests. The best place to calm dawn! Thanks for having us!
The hotel is really nicely located, with plenty of surroundings and a large swimming pool, although the water could be warmer. The room was clean and spacious enough for economy. No fridge, and the lamps did not work. Breakfast was very good, foods are fresh, but I would have loved more vegan options like fresh fruits, biscuits, vegan dairy substitutes etc. The hotel restaurant also did not have much interesting options but we found some restaurants nearby in the city. The staff is nice and helpful. I loved the spa facilities including the inside pool, jacuzzi, sauna, and especially the salt water tubs. Bar is also included, showers and changing rooms. Everything you need to relax. Overall we enjoyed our stay here!
I am absolutely shocked and deeply disappointed by the state of the children’s wellness area. The kids’ pool was moldy, the slide was unstable and visibly broken, and the chlorine level in the water was so overwhelming that it felt like there was more chemical than actual water. It is beyond comprehension how a facility can, in good conscience, offer such a disgusting and hazardous environment to children. Hygiene and safety should be the bare minimum in any public pool, especially one designed for young kids. This is not just unacceptable – it’s alarming. Immediate action is needed.
