Ser Casasandra Boutique Hotel

our hotel did not clean up the seaweed (disappointing) so we came here for the day. They let us know from the beginning that they had a wedding and that they would be closing early—no problem. We had a great time anyway! Ceviche and drinks were excellent as well as the service we received. We ended up staying 45 minutes past the time that they said we should leave but only because we needed to be somewhere. Beach was super clean and lovely. Would come back.

Recently completed a stay with my wife and two children (13 and 4) and I can absolutely recommend Ser Casasandra. The hotel was beautiful, located right on the beach. The rooms were nice, clean and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and the service was spectacular. We couldn't have been happier and would definitely stay again if we are visiting Holbox.

Our stay at Casa Sandra was truly memorable. From the beginning, the staff was kind and attentive. My father had difficulty with stairs, and they immediately found a beautiful ground-floor room with a sea view (Room 11), which made a big difference. Breakfasts on the beach, feet in the sand, were a daily highlight. The beach itself is stunning: peaceful, clean, and relaxing. In the evenings, the sunset colors in our room (Room 19) were simply magical. We were traveling with our two young children (4 and 6), who are energetic by nature. Despite the occasional noise, we never felt judged or unwelcomed. The hotel is ideally located, just five minutes’ walk from the town center, which is close enough for dinner outings, yet far enough to stay quiet if you'd like. Special mention to the beach restaurant: the mojito menu is impressively long, and although prices are on the higher side, the food is excellent and beautifully presented. All in all, we had a wonderful time. It’s hard to understand how anyone could leave a negative review. This place truly is a gem and I can't just keep it to myself.
