Sera Lake Resort Hotel Spa & Aparts

Overall the entire experience was amazing. The rooms have really nice balconies with great views; the room service was good, the food was amazing, the sauna & hamam are great and the jacuzzi in my room was to die for. The only drawback is that there aren't any male staff in the spa so I was hoping to get a massage during my stay but was unfortunately unable to. Also since the entire hotel is on top of a hill/mountain you can't get to the any shops or restaurants by foot however there's a bus stop right outside and the cabs have good prices. Overall a great experience with a few minor annoyances but nothing that's really their fault.

The hotel was located in a very peaceful and beautiful area, near Lake Sera, which was truly amazing for relaxation. Both during the day and night, the view was stunning, and the sound of birds was delightful. The hotel room was good, spacious, and had decent amenities. However, the room service was absolutely terrible. We requested room service for two days, and no one ever came to our room. Even when we told the reception, they just apologized! As a result, we didn't have tea or coffee in our room, and when we asked the reception, they said it was out of stock. Even though they had clean towels, they didn’t give us any! I even had to take the slippers myself ,because ours were dirty. I’m really disappointed with their customer service. About breakfast—it was good and delicious, available from 7:30 AM to 10:30 AM. However, when we went after 9:30 AM, many things, like simit (Turkish bagel), were finished. When we asked them to refill, they simply said, "It's finished, and we can't provide more." There were not enough glasses either! One day, I had to drink my juice in a tea cup 🤣🤦🏻‍♀️. Sometimes, their plates even had stains. If you only care about the view and peaceful atmosphere, this hotel is a great choice. But if you also value good service, I think you can find better options!

The only truly impressive aspect of this hotel is the view, which is undeniably stunning. Unfortunately, the rest falls far below expectations. The food, service quality, room sizes, and available facilities are all well below average for a hotel in this category. Disappointing overall, aside from the scenery.
