I think the negative comments are being quite dramatic !!! 🙄 I went for the first time in Sydney with a friend, and we wanted to budget while still being comfortable. We got a very clean room with a huge bed, a nice bathroom and a cool view. Plus we were in the middle of Sydney, meaning good and various restaurants (Thai, Japanese, food, etc) and very close to the Gordon station and close to the city !!! The service was great: Alisha was very nice towards us and very accommodating & cheerful, I was infact horrified what ridiculous people write about the receptionists , maybe they should go to Hilton next time if they feel “oh I am so important” but the staff at Seranin Gordon were all really nice and patient with us, I think we ran into Patrick too and he was equally nice and down to earth , very nicy guy, humble and polite, so I have no clue what this whinging is all going about. !! Seriously 😖 This a decent hotel, cheap and close enough to the city. We had a great time and we will definitely recommand it. Thank you so much for your service. We highly appreciate it. The counter staff is called Titus shows and we are very friendly. Convenient transportation. There are supermarkets and McDonald's nearby. There are white parrots outside the balcony playing with us. Although there are trains passing by, the noise is not affected at all. Cleaned in three days, very tidy. Open the door to the balcony and the air is fresh. I will definitely stay here again next time.

Just spent a weekend here, it has everything you need, its a lovely destination, close to public transport, and shops, staff are lovely, price for accommodation is perfect, overall a great experience. I recommend it.
