Lovely hotel. Well situated within walking distance of the main areas and restaurants. Reception warm and welcoming. Rooms spotless and my only complaint is the bathroom is a little small for a couple, in that there is nowhere to put toiletries in the bathroom. It was a very pleasant stay
The room is modern and very clean, very comfortable bed. Would be nice if the room was a bit bigger but it is sufficient for comfortable staying. Service is very helpful and kind, and they speak English perfectly. Would be nice if they help with luggage but maybe it is not a common practice in Spain. Location is not in the exact center but only few minutes away which helps avoid noise at night. Overall I had a very relaxing stay in this hotel and I can recommend it.
Clean, comfortable rooms Only food tried was room service which was excellent and quick Queries before arrival handled in a friendly and efficient manner Friendly, efficient and welcoming staff - Ainhoa checked me in and it turned out she had also fielded my phone query the previous day. Have stayed there on a few occasions now and the experience is consistently excellent
