Sercotel Madrid Aeropuerto

The hotel transfer was easy to use. The hotel is close to the airport and in a beautiful neighborhood with some groceries and restaurants nearby. We actually stayed here after flying into Madrid and again before flying back out. Very convenient. Also to public transportation such as the Metro which we did use to get into the city center. The staff was very friendly and so very helpful. Would highly recommend.

The hotel was clean and convenient to get to after a very long flight. The shuttle service was efficient and as published. The breakfast was wonderful with a great variety. The staff was very helpful and attentive. The bed was comfortable The bathroom was large and clean. The AC worked well although the system was quite loud. There were no outlets by the bed but across the room. Would recommend it to anyone needing an airport hotel.

Convenient Hotel Near the Airport with Great Staff We stayed at this hotel for its proximity to the airport and were overall pleased with the experience. The staff were very friendly and attentive, though check-in was a bit slow as only one person was managing everything at the front desk. Room: The room was spacious and comfortable. Out of the 11 hotels we stayed at during our trip through Spain and Portugal, this was the only one that offered a full set of amenities, including a shower cap, comb, toothbrush, and tissue paper—small touches that made a big difference. Airport Transfer: The hotel offers a convenient shuttle service, but the earliest departure is at 5:00 AM. Unfortunately, we had to be at the airport by 4:30 AM, so the staff arranged a taxi for us instead. It was reliable, punctual, and cost €10 to Terminal 2. Restaurant: The on-site restaurant had a very limited menu, and unfortunately, the one item I wanted wasn’t available. That said, the prices were reasonable. Parking: Parking is available at the hotel for €17 per night. Overall: A comfortable and convenient stay near the airport, with excellent service and thoughtful amenities. Just be aware of the shuttle schedule if you have an early flight.
