Sercotel Sevilla Guadalquivir Suites

Very clean, tidy, compact apartment with everything that you possibly need there. Brilliant shower with plenty of hot water. Very welcoming and helpful staff. Excellent location. Carrefour next door. Great for breakfasts etc. Could have done with better explanation how to enter number code in front door after hours. Roof terrace very nice. Swimming pool is more a bath size ( as stated in previous reviews) and could be much cleaner. Enjoyed our stay very much. Would definitely recommend. Thank you.

Lovely Stay at Sercotel Suites Seville. We had a pleasant and comfortable stay at Sercotel Suites in Seville. The location was fantastic—centrally situated with easy access to the city’s attractions, and the cleanliness throughout the property was truly impressive. Service from the staff was attentive and professional, contributing greatly to the overall experience. We stayed in a one-bedroom apartment which was spacious and enjoyable to relax in. A balcony would have been a welcome addition, especially in the heat, and fresh towels every couple of days would have made things a little more comfortable. There were minor frustrations with the television setup and the air conditioning controls, which could be more user-friendly—but these didn’t overshadow the positive aspects of the stay. All in all, we would definitely recommend the suites to others and look forward to returning!

The unit was nice and clean and the location excellent - we were very close to the Alameda de Hercules, which has a great choice of places to dine. The rooftop area was very nice, with a pool and fantastic view of the surrounding area. The pull-out bed, which I was using, was very comfortable. It was hard to close and judging by the groove in the woodwork, others had had difficulty folding it away before me! We didn't have the front door code sent to us, and only received that with the print-out after we had logged in, in the foyer. We only got into the foyer because another guest was leaving the building. The unit itself was okay. It was nice to have a bar-fridge to keep our food in. However, the sink was almost inaccessible, tucked away in the corner - I had to stand side-on to wash the dishes. (There was only one dishwasher tablet for our 4-day stay, so had to wash by hand daily). The cupboards with the crockery were so high I was unable to reach them without standing on a chair. There was no dustpan and shovel, and no teatowel to dry the dishes with. The stovetop overheated after only a few minutes (not on high, only on 7) and wouldn't come on for the rest of the evening.
