Exceptional! Excellent attentive staff, clean rooms presented to an incredibly high standard, great breakfasts, respect shown by all guests to keep noise levels to acceptable levels. We will definitely be back and look forward to our next visit on our future trips to Valencia. Well done Sercotel Sorolla palace!

Many thanks, we loved our experience! We hope to be back :) The best hotel breakfast we’ve ever had, very clean everywhere and professional & friendly staff. We loved the pool area and gym and sauna and appreciated that this was not at an extra cost like at other hotels. We were kindly upgraded to a superior room as we were celebrating my birthday. We loved the view from our 14th floor room! We loved the bath :) many thanks !

We recently stayed at the hotel and overall, the experience was decent, but there are several areas that need improvement. 1. Room: The room we were given was spacious and clean. However, the safe didn’t work, and all the drawers in the furniture were sealed shut, which was quite inconvenient. 2. Facilities: You can tell the hotel was modern at some point, but now it’s showing signs of wear and lack of maintenance. The elevators and some common areas are a bit run-down, and in several hallways, there was a strong sewage smell that negatively affected our experience. 3. Breakfast: The breakfast was varied and of good quality. The issue lies with the coffee machines: they are very slow, and at least one or two were out of order during our stay. I believe it’s time to replace them or, at the very least, offer filtered coffee in a metal jug like many other hotels of similar category do. 4. Bar/cafeteria prices: This is the biggest downside. Charging €6 for a small draft beer and €4.50 for a small bottle of mineral water is simply outrageous. I haven’t seen prices like this even at airports or luxury hotels in Spain. The same goes for soft drinks. I understand hotel services tend to be pricier, but this feels excessive — unless we’re talking about some secret Belgian abbey beer… Honestly, a serious price review is urgently needed.
