Serena Buzios

Stayed with my wife and kids (3 and4) and everything about this place is amazing. First and foremost the staff is incredible: always with a smile and eager to help. Everything is clean and the kitchen is excellent. They provide a beach service on the Geribá beach (1 block away) for free including shade and chairs, which already saves you easily 40 reais a day. You can order food on the beach, and it's from the same amazing kitchen and at a great price. They have an outdoors heated pool that is awesome for the final hours of the day. Rooms are nice and clean with AC. They also have an amazing breakfast included, really amazing and huge variety. And also offer free transfers to a few major destinations in the area. And happy hour every day! In short, highly recommendable with our without kids.

Very charming hotel close to the 2 best beaches in Buzios. Especialy the English-spraking staff is perfect, very nice and helpful. If I turn back to Buzios once, I would be happy to stay here once again.

Nice hotel, room oddly shaped but spacious. Good sunbathing area and nice pool for a dip and great for young toddlers as has a shallow area. Kids playground/trampoline. Really attentive/friendly reception staff. 5mins to beach. Only has space for about 7 cars (must be packed in peak months). Breakfast was overpriced and not a great selection. Only had a quick look at the evening menu but again overpriced, not much choice for kids (R$50 for kids chicken nuggets!).
