I had an absolutely wonderful stay at the Peshawar Serena Hotel. The service was top-notch from the moment I arrived. The staff was courteous, professional, and always willing to help. The hotel's ambiance, cleanliness, and attention to detail were truly impressive. A special mention goes to Housekeeping staff member Khalid Zaman, whose dedication and exceptional service truly stood out. He made sure everything in my room was perfect and went the extra mile to ensure my comfort. His professionalism and friendly attitude made a lasting impression. The location is ideal — peaceful, secure, and close to key attractions in Peshawar. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the city. Truly a 5-star experience in every way.

Loved loved my stay at Peshawar Serena as it was quite comfortable room to service and had all the basic amenities. Specially loved the breakfast and food options. The gym was quite big and had all the equipment and pool was good too. Worthy and pleasant stay I must say!! The best hotel in Peshawar!

I recently stayed at Serena Hotel for four nights and had a wonderful experience despite the hotel being under construction and relatively quiet during our visit. While there were a few infrastructure challenges—like the air conditioning not working properly in one of the rooms—the service more than made up for it. The hotel staff was exceptional. They went above and beyond to meet our every need. When we encountered issues with our room’s AC, they promptly moved us to another room without hesitation. Throughout our stay, the team took care of everything—from daily cleaning to fulfilling every small request with a smile. What truly stood out was their hospitality. One night, even though the restaurant was closed, we asked for tea after midnight for our guests—and they kindly accommodated us. That gesture alone says so much about the hotel’s commitment to guest satisfaction. I’d especially like to thank Rafiullah and Kiran, who were both incredibly helpful and attentive throughout our stay. Along with the rest of the staff, they made our visit truly memorable. Highly recommended for anyone looking for genuine hospitality and thoughtful service!
