I had a wonderful stay at Serenada Golden Palace Hotel. The price was excellent for the value offered. The rooms were beautifully maintained and very comfortable. A special mention to the housekeeping team on the second floor – they did an outstanding job throughout my stay. My room was quiet and peaceful, allowing for great rest. I also enjoyed the Lebanese breakfast each morning – fresh, decent variety, and a nice local touch. Highly recommended for anyone looking for comfort and value in Beirut!
Great Hospitality , amazing service , beautiful property ! My compliments to Mr Ahmad , Mr Mohammad both at Front office and to Ms Ruba , at the coffee shop for their unsurpassed hospitality
I had a very disappointing experience at Serenada Golden Palace Hotel, especially considering it is rated as a 4-star hotel. The parking situation is a real issue. There is no clear sign that the hotel’s underground parking is reserved for staff only. I mistakenly entered this parking when I came for a conference room that we had booked. Once inside, I discovered that you cannot go back or exit until you reach level -2. Although level -2 was not completely full, there were so many pillars and cars parked in a way that made it impossible to turn and go back up. I was forced to continue down to -3 just to find space to make a turn, but the parking is extremely narrow . Unfortunately, my car was damaged while trying to turn in this tight space. The design of this parking is very bad, and honestly, I still don’t understand how the staff manage to park there. What makes it worse is that there is no communication from the hotel about the parking situation. There is a paid parking lot directly in front of the hotel, but it is not related to the hotel where you have to pay for it separately. If I had known this from the beginning, I would have avoided the underground parking completely. Just to compare, the day before I was at another hotel that had plenty of parking spots and easy access, which made this experience even more frustrating. Inside the hotel, the bathroom is very small and badly designed. It’s hard to even close the door properly when you enter or leave, which is unacceptable for a 4-star hotel where a minimum level of comfort is expected. The hotel has two elevators: one for guests and two for staff. The staff elevator clearly needs maintenance and repair, which raises questions about safety. The only positive part of my experience was the professionalism and kindness of the staff. They are polite and helpful, and this is the only reason I am giving 2 stars instead of 1. However, the parking, infrastructure, and poor facilities do not meet the standards expected from a hotel claiming 4 stars. I hope the management takes these issues seriously and makes the necessary improvements.
