Serendib Signature Resort

Serendib Signature Resort has a very calm and peaceful environment. The surrounding has a natural greenish vibe which is rather eye pleasing. The resort is located adjacent to a lake. The garden was beautifully landscaped. The rooms were very spacious and well designed. They were clean and well maintained, creating a relaxing atmosphere. The interior reflects a Kandy region vibe, while being very vibrant. Food was satisfactory with adequate serving. Nevertheless, variety could be improved. The staff were very friendly and helpful, willing to go the extra mile to make sure we were comfortable. Initially, our TV reception had issues, but upon informing, the staff immediately resolved the matter. There were a number of monkeys in the area and the only down side was they used to run in the rooftops in the morning, probably asking us to wake up early like themselves. This is an ideal place to unwind and relax. Suitable for a small group of people as well. Definitely a recommendable place to visit.

The food was delicious with good variety, and the service was top-notch. However, the only downside was the pool — it wasn’t very well maintained during our visit and could use more regular cleaning. Still, overall, it was a wonderful stay and I’d happily return again!
