Serendipity

Serendipity Hotel is an absolutely fantastic place to stay — one of the best experiences we’ve had in this category. The service is outstanding, and the staff are incredibly friendly, helpful, and accommodating from the moment you arrive. The rooms are super comfortable with great amenities, making it an ideal choice for families, especially if you’re here for skiing. It really ticks all the boxes as a perfect ski hotel. We came as a cycling group. The breakfast was a standout — one of the best I’ve had at any hotel of this level, with a wide variety and great quality. Another bonus: there are lovely hot tubs on each floor, which is a great way to unwind after a day on the slopes. Highly recommended — would come back without hesitation!

Second time at Serendipity and we really enjoyed our stay once again. The place is comfortable and within walking distance of the piste. The hotel offers a free shuttle to the piste and storage for your snow gear. The staff were super friendly and considerate. The most impressive thing was how clean the place was. The cleaning staff really go out of their way and the place was spotless. Highly recommended.

We were on a cycling holiday and spent one night here. Very friendly owners that were very polite and helpful. The breakfast was amazing and the rooms were also very clean.
